About the residence
We began building Rezidence Lahovičky in 2019 in Velká Chuchle. We offer newly renovated modern apartments for short and long stays, with parking behind an electronic gate.
We extended the residence with a relaxation zone: a heated pool with a counter-current, a Finnish sauna with a plunge pool, an outdoor whirlpool, a pond with fish, an outdoor fireplace with a smokehouse, a terrace, a playground and a clubhouse with a kitchen. A volleyball court, a vegetable garden and new offices are still to come.
Spaces
Six spaces on one plot. Take only the ones your day actually needs.
01 — Lounge
A heated clubhouse with its own bar and kitchen. You sit at long wooden tables, stand at the tap, play table football and darts — and when it is cold outside, the fireplace is lit. Ideal for private events, teambuildings and birthday parties. Breakfast is served here for guests staying in the apartments, when ordered.

02 — Pool
A heated saltwater pool with a counter-current and evening lighting, yours alone for the whole booking. In summer it is the main reason people come.
Lawn and loungers surround the pool and the pergola terrace is a few steps away — the children swim, the adults sit in the shade.
03 — Sauna
A Finnish sauna heated to 90–100 °C, with a 6 °C cold barrel right beside it. Private — yours alone for the whole booking.
04 — Whirlpool
A whirlpool under the open sky, heated to 30–35 °C all year round. It works best as a slow end to the evening — after the sauna, after the grill, after the party.
05 — Grill
A wood-fired stone grill with a smokehouse, a fireplace and a large courtyard with outdoor seating. Made for summer, when the cooking goes on all afternoon and nobody is rushed to the table.

06 — Terrace
A sunny terrace with seating under the pergola and a part in the open, with the playground right beside it. Families usually split the day themselves: children on the playground, adults in the shade.

How a visit goes
Most visits look roughly like this. None of it is compulsory — the order and the length are yours.
Afternoon
The pool, the loungers, the terrace under the pergola and the playground. The clubhouse stays open behind it all.
Evening
The stone grill and smokehouse in the courtyard, then inside — the bar, the music and the fireplace.
Unwind
The Finnish sauna, the cold barrel and the whirlpool under the open sky. The quietest part of the day.
A beautiful place, which we used for my daughter's celebration.
